How quickly will I hear back?

Usually within two hours during Indian business hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST). Messages sent overnight are answered the next working morning. WhatsApp is the fastest route; email is best if you have a written brief or attachments.

What happens on the first call?

Thirty minutes with an engineer, not a salesperson. We ask what you are trying to build, what data and systems you already have, and what success looks like. You leave with an honest read on feasibility, a rough approach, and a ballpark on time and cost.

Do I need to know exactly what I want first?

No. Plenty of projects start as "we have this problem and think AI might help." If AI is the wrong tool, we will tell you that and point at the simpler thing instead — a rules engine that works beats a model that impresses.

What does a project typically cost?

It depends entirely on scope, so we do not publish price lists. Small integrations and automations are measured in weeks; full AI products in months. We give a fixed written estimate after the scoping call, before any commitment.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes — we have shipped for clients in Dubai and Australia, and we work across time zones as routine. Calls are scheduled to your working hours, and delivery runs on shared tooling so you can see progress rather than wait for status reports.

Question 6

Who owns the code and the data?

Accepted Answer

You do. Source code, models, and trained weights are yours on delivery, in your repositories and your cloud accounts. Your data trains your models — never anyone else’s — and we are happy to sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive.

Do you maintain what you build?

Accepted Answer

If you want us to, yes. AI systems drift as data changes, so most clients keep us on for monitoring, retraining, and iteration. It is optional — we hand over documented systems either way.
